New IR35 Regulations

A worker or contractor can no longer use a personal service company to contract in the United Kingdom unless the services provided meet the off-payroll regulations which come into effect on 6th April 2021.

These rules apply to services offered to the public sector as well as to most private sector clients with a turnover in excess of £10.2 million.
